Bob Baldwin, our founder and CEO, started Redtail Software in 1995.  This venture was a natural progression from his working with computers and database design from the early 1980's.  Involved with numerous organizations Bob helped these organizations into the computer age while the computer industry was still a fledgling industry.

Bob has combined his knowledge of computers, database design, software and application skills, with his exceptional personal skills to develop a well rounded company that will be able to meet the needs of a variety of clients, from individuals to corporate clients.

Bob has earned his Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certificate from Microsoft, as well as various hardware certifications.  He has taught MS Office products, Visual Basic, Oracle, HTML, JavaScript, and Perl in seven different colleges and universities around the United States.
